Join The FORT Today!
The FORT Youth Centre is a safe, supportive, and welcoming place for youth ages 11–18 in West Niagara. Joining is free, and gives young people access to programs, resources, mentorship, and a community that cares.
Becoming a member is easy — just follow the steps below!
How To Enroll
Step 1
Parents/guardians are asked to complete our Welcome Package, which includes important information about your youth’s safety, emergency contacts, and program guidelines.
Step 2
Parents/guardians must complete the form with their youth, ensuring everyone understands our expectations and the supports available through The FORT.
Step 3
Return the completed forms at our Grimsby or Smithville location when your youth visits next.
Once submitted, your youth will officially be enrolled.
